The scarf is really soft and it seems to be 100% cashmere. Great quality, i would definitely recommend. It does really look like a burberry scarf.

I received this one as a present for Christmas from a dear friend, I really really thought this was a very expensive scarf for the quality , feel and look and I felt bad and cheap about the gift I gave to my friend. After all the compliments and my mother wanting one soooo badly, I had to ask her where she got it and how much she paid for it ( even when that sounds very tacky) and she told me her little secret, she paid under $30 and I could not believe it!
Yes, it is cashmere, you can see and feel the wool, it is very warm, light, good colors, great look and it gets easy in to your handbag for those emergencies! I just ordered a couple in beige, one for my sister and one for my mother and after looking at the other colors the seller offers, I ordered one in white for myself. The seller Mysterious Bolivian came highly recommended for the speed and quality and you can see my friend's feedback about the scarf int he seller's feedback rating.

Warning! You get what you pay for. There is no way this is 100% cashmere but instead I would say more like 100% wool witha touch of softness and I mean a touch. Save your money for the real deal and do not waste your time with this seller because where they really get you is shipping. They charge you $8.99 for an item that does not cost that much to ship priority then when you realize you have been ripped off, they automatically refund your account before you even send the item, which for some people may be a good thing but for me this was not good customer service because in the end, I decided I did not want the hastle of paying will over 6 bucks to ship back the scarf and then be out 14 bucks! So I decided to keep the item because I figured why bother but they already gave me a refund and now they are telling me I either have to purchase the item again and pay for shipping!!!!!! Or simply return it and pay for shipping!!!!! This is awful! Please do not purchase anythning from this seller, especially, this scarf and if you do be prepared for utter disappointment.

I first ordered a couple of these scarves from two different sellers, one at $14 and I thought it would be ok to try the more expensive at $29, anyway, I don't like it, this is Amazon and their return policy is wonderful for those who appreciate it. Both orders arrived with a day or two of difference, I first got the one I paid $29 from " Mysterious Bolivian" and I was already in love, very thin like the real stuff and not wooly and full of hair around that later turn on those ugly small wool-ball we all hate!
I used my new scarf to go out with my girlfriends and they all had to touch it somehow ( girls are kind of strange sometimes) and feeling how soft my new scarf is, they probably though I paid hundreds. Anyway, a couple of days later I received the second one, it looked sick! colors were faded, you could see in a blink that it was a cheap scarf.
I already made a review about that one at [...]Cashmere Tan Bbry Scarf so you can read the questions someone else asked me last week. The second one was pure viscose, acrylic material. How can you know for sure?? I took a little bit of the fringe, burn it and cashmere leaves behind fine ashes, viscose creates a plastic smelly little ball. I returned it right away and contacted the seller of the first scarf [...] and they send me to their direct link ( this one) from where I ordered again.
They also have plaid tan shawls and for what they told me those are cashmere and silk, Plaid Patern, Silk, Cashemere and Wool Blend Light Shawl-Scarf Soft Beige (B-2)Plaid Patern, Silk, Cashmere and Wool Blend Light Shawl-Scarf Beige (B-1) and they can also be used as a bulky scarf. I am planning to get a couple to indulge myself later this month but right now, I just ordered more scarves as gifts for my friends, check their store for other colors if tan is not your favorite cookie!

Feels and looks amazing, soft and comfortable around the neck. I ordered one for myself and one as a gift and they loved it as well.
