The hat is very tightly knitted. The knit reminds me of stuff I produced when I was a kid learing to knit. It sat on my head like a kids' party hat. when I contacted the seller and made these comments, they rather curtly replied that the knitters are "professionals" and the hat fits as it should. I had a hat like this, which I lost, and it was stretchy and fit fine. Unless your head is very tiny, I do not recommend buying this product.

I love this hat! I bought it several years ago and wear it all the time, ok it hides bed head really well but it also just looks great. I have a lot of hair but the hat is large enough and fits great, but since size isn't listed I asked for a larger size. The hat is tightly woven so keeps sun out of your eyes and I've worn it in drizzle and snow as well. But the colors are what make it so beautiful...really nice and it goes with everything because there are so many colors in the hat. I've purchased from this company several times and they have always been a pleasure to work with, very helpful and they promptly reply and answer questions and they ship faster than any other company I've bought products from (on or off Amazon).
All I can say is that this is a really sweet hat, highly recommended!

This hat was a good buy. It fit (always a plus), good material, colorful and looks expensive yet was not pricey. It will serve me well this winter.

I bought this for a friend and she could hardly take it off except for work and church. She had dozens of hats and this one is special because it simply makes her feel good. It is both cheerful and useful.

I don't trust sellers that don't add measurements and reliable information. They are always hiding something.... hmmm!
