Handwoven Sari Silk with Plum Chenille Women's Scarf

Handwoven recycled silk yarn with plum chenille creating a very rich combination of colors. Himalaya recycled silk yarn is made of mill end sari silk fabric. The colors are random with no pattern. A lot of pinks and blues show up in this scarf. The sari silk, by being randomly spun together, creates a silk yarn with a ragged or distressed look. I have woven blue raw silk stripes across the scarf near the bottom of each end. Totally unique. There also is a just barely visible blue line running down the side of each scarf. By purchasing this product, you are supporting women's development groups in Nepal who are producing this recycled silk. They spin it into usable yarn in their own homes. Scarf measures 60" (152cm) long and 4" (10cm) wide with 4" (10cm) fringe on each end. Hand wash, lay flat to dry
