Not nearly as pretty as the picture Jul 08, 2010

I purchased this shawl for a gift. It isn't what I expected. It has a heavy look, the colors are muddy (not pretty like this picture), and it looks inexpensive. I did not give it to the recipient, and I should send it back, but it is a lot of trouble.

This shawl, while inexpensive, is not at all what it looks like in the picture. The fringe is a bright orange that I just hate and the colors are not as light or shiny as it appears. As the other reviewer said, I would send it back but it isn't worth the trouble. I'll have to donate it to a charity. I can't wear it.

Really wishing I had read the reviews before buying this item! IT'S NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I was expecting the shawl to be the same color as the picture and the first I thing saw when I opened the package, was bright orange. This product doesn't look anything like the picture at all. It is actually blueberry blue woven with red, which gives it a purple sheen, instead of the gray blue and light olive that you see in the picture. The quality, while not horrible, isn't quite what you would expect either.

I opened this and thought I was shipped the wrong thing! I was expecting the pretty periwinkle wrap and got this dark dingy fabric. I am very disappointed. I like the other reviewers wish I had read the reviews!
